I was encouraged by Seth Godin’s recent blog post where he discussed how we shy away from identifying problems because we don’t have solutions for them. The fear makes for an uncomfortable situation. It’s no fun.
I’ve experienced this fear after publicly accepting the challenge to find an opportunity for landlords to create an extra $100 per month without raising rents or lowing expenses. So now that I’ve admitted it, maybe I can move past it.
