As announced last week, I’ve accepted the challenge to create an additional $100 per month from my 8-unit apartment without raising rents or reducing operating expenses.
As I brainstormed this week, I realized many landlords get into the business to create “passive” income, so I needed to mix this into my thinking. My idea buckets now have four categories:
