Smartphone apps allow us do far more than share opinions, music, pictures and videos. We can share physical things like cars and guest rooms.

We landlord have physical things that can be shared. And they will be shared (with or without our consent).So let’s get in front of this trend, build a windmill instead of a wall, and make some money.
