Yes, there are many way to deal with those issues. And we don’t focus on tenant to tenant issues here, but let me share what happened to me.
I thought I was done with my buildout of my storage unit, then it becasme the place for warehousing as I noted the rise of instagram businesses and pop ups.
I was annoyed by the noise complaint. It came at the end of the day and I was shifting gears to a new project. I basically… politely told the complaining tenant to move if she didn’t like it.
But then I came to my senses, did some research, and solved the problem.
I learned that sound between units is my problem. It limits my traveler’s enjoyment of my space and translates into a lid on what I can charge.
