As a landlord, you can spur on a revitalization better than home owners themselves.

This is because, through increasing monthly rents, you as a landlord, get paid to make things better.

I’m planning my seventh neighborhood block party this month. And I credit block parties for why my rental house appreciated to the point where we recieved a bid for $20K over the asking price.

    Well said Eunice. It’s in our own self-interest to help improve our communities. Seems like this is obvious to every CEO except most landlords. Maybe we don’t know where to start… I’ll list some suggestions to help out.
