Very interesting! I haven’t looked into this strategy before. I’m not sure I’m ready for ST rentals though. How much of a time investment is it to manage the turnovers? Do you outsource this?
Yes, outsource turnovers. I focus on +30 day stays so the turnovers are extremely manageable.
