These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Leading Landlord and all of its websites and sections, operated by Jihl Digital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Leading Landlord," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our sites you agree to these Terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your attorney before publication.

1. Who we are

Leading Landlord publishes educational real-estate and landlord content and tools, and Jihl Digital LLC purchases properties for cash through our home-buying pages. We are not real estate agents or brokers, attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors, and nothing on our sites is legal, tax, or financial advice. Consult your own professionals about your situation.

2. No binding offer

Any price, estimate, or "offer" discussed on our sites, by text, by phone, or by email is preliminary and non-binding. No offer binds either party unless and until both sign a written purchase agreement. We may revise or withdraw a preliminary offer before a written agreement is signed.

3. Use of the sites

Use our sites only for lawful purposes, provide accurate information, and do not misuse, disrupt, or scrape them or submit another person's information without authorization.

4. Affiliate links

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jihl Digital LLC and its members, managers, and affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the sites or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
