A friend asked me if I’m pivoting away from extended stay rentals, and I said, “NO! Class B syndications just turbo-charge my efforts.”

You should invest a portion of your rental income into Class B real estate syndication so you can magnify the benefit of your arbitrage business for years to come.

Because living off rental arbitrage income is trickier that it sounds.

You need advanced cash flow management skill to go with your banker’s arbitrage.

Plan to Get Far Ahead of Your Bills

Even after you have enough passive income to cover your expenses, you’ll find that it’s not enough.

Not having to go to work and getting ahead of your bills are two different things.

If you want to work smarter not harder, then you need to use more advanced money management techniques. And that’s what I’ll be putting in front of you this year.
